It’s safe to say that games are my passion; both making and playing them are things I love doing. Working in groups and helping projects come to life is incredibly rewarding, and never gets old.

Over the past four years, I’ve learned that I love to lead teams, and project manage for success. I’ve also come to realize that I’d ultimately like to become a producer as my career in the gaming industry evolves. Overcoming challenges and seeing projects through to fruition has become central to my gaming DNA. To that end, check out a few of the leadership lessons I’ve learned based on my college and internship experiences to date.
